Return/Refund Policy

At Itemsbaby.com, customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your basic information before placing order.


Order Confirm

    • All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Itemsbaby.
    • A confirmation email will be sent once you’ve completed your order. Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has processed or shipped.

      Returns & Exchanges

      We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns/exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new and unused condition with original package. No Returns are accepted after 30 days of the Confirmed delivery date.

      Return Conditions

      • Return/Exchange is only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
      • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned items that have been used, damaged, package lost, or altered in any way.
      • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

      Refunds are not available for the following circumstances

      • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
      • A deliver email will be sent after the parcel delivered. If you didn't receive the parcel, please contact us within 10 days. Itemsbaby is not responsible for missing items after 10 days of the delivery date, regardless of error or fault.
      • The cancellation request is submitted after the parcel has processed or shipped.(You can contact us to return item if you don’t need it.)
      • The purchaser refuses to accept parcel for any reason, temsbaby is entitled to a fifty(50) percent fee from the total of the purchase.

      Return Process

      • Please contact Customer Service with your order number, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. The pictures that can prove the item condition should be attached, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
      •  After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(with all gifts ) with the original packing and unused condition.
      • Please ship the return parcel within 7 working days and give our customer service the return tracking number.(The return tracking number is the only evidence that can identify your return parcel).
      • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package and carefully check. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. The money will back to your account in 1-3 working days.

      Note: Itemsbaby is not responsible for the return parcel that damaged or lost during the shipping.

      Return Shipping Fees

      • Itemsbaby does not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
      • For all returns, the original shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
